How do I control which projects and spaces AMT monitors?

Jira administrators can control which projects, service desks, and Confluence spaces AI Mention Triage monitors. Open Admin Config from the app settings icon, or from Jira → Apps → AI Mention Triage → Admin Config.

You can configure Jira projects, JSM service desks, and Confluence spaces independently — including one in include mode doesn’t affect the others.

Monitoring modes

For each of the three (Jira projects, JSM service desks, Confluence spaces), you choose:

• Monitor everything (default) — nothing is excluded; new projects/spaces are picked up automatically as they’re created
• Only monitor specific ones — you choose exactly which projects, desks, or spaces to include; everything else is ignored
• Monitor everything except specific ones — you choose which to exclude; everything else is included

Note: Configuration changes apply immediately. No reinstall or redeploy is needed.
