How do I personalize my inbox?

Each user can personalize their own inbox without affecting anyone else’s. Open Settings from the gear icon in the top-right corner of the inbox.

Available settings

Setting	What it controls
Sort order	Order items by urgency, action type, impact, or date received
View mode	Flat list, grouped by Jira issue, or grouped by source product
Dashboard card visibility	Show or hide individual stat cards
Muted projects	Stop @mentions from specific Jira projects or Confluence spaces appearing in your inbox
Muted authors	Stop @mentions from specific people appearing in your inbox
Card density	Compact or comfortable spacing
Data retention	How long items stay in your inbox before being automatically removed (see Data & Storage)

Note: Settings are stored per user — changing your view doesn’t change anyone else’s.
