How do I search, filter, and organize my inbox?

The search bar looks across comment text, the Jira issue key and title, the author’s name, and the Confluence page title and space key. It’s a simple text match — there’s no special search syntax, just type what you’re looking for.

You can sort your inbox by Time, Action, Urgency, or Impact, in ascending or descending order.

  • A source tab to switch between Jira, Jira Service Management, and Confluence
  • A read-status toggle: All, Unread, or Read
  • A “show muted” toggle, which only appears once you have something muted

Click “More Filters” to access additional filtering:

  • Time range (Today, Yesterday, Last 3 days, This week, Last 2 weeks, This month, All time)
  • Author
  • Project
  • Content type
  • Action, Urgency, and Impact (these are hidden here when you’re viewing the dashboard, since the dashboard has its own filtering)

Note: There’s also a deadline filter, but it’s not in the More Filters panel — you access it by clicking directly on the stat cards on your dashboard.

Beyond a flat list, you can group items either by Jira issue (or Confluence page) or by source product. Both grouped views are collapsible — click a group’s header to expand or collapse it.

Right-click any item to mute its project or its author. Muted items are hidden from your main view by default; turn on “show muted” to see them inline. To unmute, right-click again and select the option a second time, or manage muted projects and authors directly from Settings.
